cancellation policy

Reservation deposit
A $100 reservation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The reservation deposit is subject to the cancellation policy outlined on this website.
Guest Responsibilities
This is a non smoking facility a fee of $2,000 will be assessed for cleaning fees for smoking of any kind.
Pets are not permitted.
No damage is done to Rabbit Hill Ranch or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
Minor Repairs/Accidents
Please contact us immediately if you have any problems (619) 204-5289.
If something is broken or damaged during your stay, please contact us or leave a note so that we can address it promptly. Guests are responsible for excessive damage to the property, house, or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. An itemized invoice for necessary repairs may be provided to the renter.
Please collect all debris, rubbish, and discarded items together in the kitchen.
Please place soiled dishes in the sink or dishwasher.
Please strip used beds and place sheets and towels in the laundry baskets.
Please take care to avoid loss of or damage to linens.
