cancelation policy

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel 8–29 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of all amounts paid except your deposit.

If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, payments are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your stay one time. The new reservation must be arranged within 30 days of the cancellation and is subject to availability. The rescheduled stay may occur at a later date.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Email is the preferred method. Please include your name and the dates of your reservation in your cancellation request.

Guest Waiver and Release of Liability

I understand that Rabbit Hill Ranch is a working citrus grove and that walking around and using the property may involve certain risks. These may include, but are not limited to, uneven terrain, slopes, gravel, gopher holes, irrigation piping, and encounters with wildlife, including squirrels, gophers, rabbits, lizards, coyotes, and snakes, including rattlesnakes.

Guests are encouraged to use appropriate caution while on the property and to wear appropriate footwear, including closed-toe shoes when walking around the grounds.

I voluntarily assume the risks associated with my stay and use of the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Rabbit Hill Ranch Retreats, LLC, and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from my use of the property, including claims for personal injury, except to the extent such a release is prohibited by law.

Rabbit Hill Ranch Retreats, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property.
